Please make sure of the following:
1) CYMK, not RGB
2) 300 DPI
3) Correct Crop Marks + Bleeds, 1/8" inch, if any.
Keep all live matter away from trim areas.
4) Include all fonts, if necessary.

in the following formats are reccomended:

SENDING YOUR FILE:
Please make sure to use
WinZip or StuffIt(Reccomended).
Files will not upload correctly without compression.
These can be downloaded FREE using links on the left.
NOTE: You may want to use our calculator to see
how long your file will take to upload. Do not close
your window during upload. Please wait for notice of
completion.
Upon a
successful upload, you will receive an E-mail notification of your
JOB NUMBER, and transaction receipt.
QUESTIONS:
What if I am sending files via regular mail, or
having someone else upload?
Complete the order form, except, DO NOT upload your
files.
You will be issued a JOB NUMBER, upon completion.
Keep this number, and transaction receipt.
Please make sure to include this JOB NUMBER, on
the disc you are sending, or noted on the upload,
from the person whom is sending us your files.
Another option is simply sending us a Purchase
Order, Disc, and Check via regular mail.
